How the estimate works

The Exit Curve is a survival analysis of anonymised CVs from JobHop v2 and the Flemish public employment service (VDAB). An exit means a later job recorded in a different occupational field; it does not mean retirement or stopping work. The result is a base rate for curiosity, not a personal prediction or career advice.
